Digital accessibility is very important to Flyhjælp ApS (hereinafter referred to as "Flyhjælp" or "we"). We strive to provide all our customers with an inclusive and accessible online experience. Our goal is to make our services easy to find, accessible, usable, and understandable for everyone.

Information in easy-to-read Language.

Who we are.

Our name is Flyhjælp ApS
You can find us in: Copenhagen, Denmark
Our address: Holmbladsgade 133
Our postal code: 2300 Copenhagen S
Our email address: service@flyhjaelp.dk

What we do.

We help passengers with the following problems:

  • If your flight was delayed

  • If your flight was canceled

  • If there were other problems with your flight

If so, you may be entitled to compensation from the airline.

Here's how it works.

  • You enter your flight details (who you are, when you flew, which plane you flew on, and where you flew to) with us.

  • We will check whether you are eligible for compensation.

  • We will write to the airline.

  • If necessary, we will also take legal action against the airline on your behalf.

  • If you receive money, we keep a small portion of it as payment and give you the rest.

Your advantages.

  • You only have to pay something if we receive money from the airline on your behalf.

  • If the airline does not pay, you do not have to pay anything.

  • You don't have to argue with the airline.

  • Everything is done online.

Your rights.

  • You decide whether you want to work with us or not.

  • You can ask us questions at any time.

  • We explain everything as simply as possible.

Accessibility Statement.

We strive to make our website accessible. The legal basis for this is

Act no. 801 of 7 June 2022 — the Danish implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) for products and services as well as the general digital accessibility requirements in Denmark for websites and digital services under Danish law and the and the European Directive (EU) 2016/2102 itself.

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, where feasible.

Status of accessibility implementation.

This website is largely compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformity level AA. Individual elements are not yet fully accessible.

This website is only partially compliant with the aforementioned legal requirements due to the following circumstances.

Non-accessible content.

The following content is currently not fully accessible:

  1. Barrier: Not all non-textual content has meaningful alternative text.

  2. Barrier: There are still some redundant or duplicated heading blocks.

  3. Barrier: In individual cases, the color contrasts used on our website are insufficient.

  4. Barrier: There are still isolated errors in keyboard usability.

  5. Barrier: The necessary skip links are not yet available everywhere.

  6. Barrier: Not all forms are clearly labeled.

  7. Barrier: Some PDFs and embedded documents are not accessible.

  8. Barrier: ARIA values or attributes are not always supported or consistently maintained.

  9. Barrier: ARIA ID is not always available or is not always clearly labeled.

  10. Barrier: Certain controls (e.g., buttons or drop-down menus) are not fully accessible in all browsers/keyboard uses.

  11. Barrier: Alternative text for images is sometimes missing or descriptions are insufficient.

  12. Barrier: Subtitles are not yet available for all videos.

  13. Barrier: There are still some duplicates in the element IDs.

  14. Barrier: Some titles for iFrames are used twice.

  15. Barrier: Some pages have problems with landmarks for HTML markups.

  16. Barrier: Some pages have problems with the order of headings.

  17. Barrier: Empty href – Some pages have <a> tags that are empty, meaning there is no text within the element.

We are continuously working to remove these barriers and improve accessibility. Our website consists of a large number of subpages and is available in several languages. The effort involved in achieving full EAA compliance is therefore extremely high. We are continuously working to achieve this goal, but ask for your understanding that we still need some time to implement some of the points.

Preparation of this Statement.

This statement was created on September 11, 2025 by our group legal dparment and is permanently available via the link in the footer of our website. It is based on a self-assessment in accordance with the requirements of WCAG 2.1. Various online tools ("EAA checkers") were also used for verification.

The declaration was last reviewed on September 25, 2025.
